Food mnemonic because we all love these :)

Eat less CRAP
C- carbonated drinks
R- refined sugar
A- artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and colors
P- processed foods

and eat more FOODS
F- fruits and veggies
O- organic lean meats
O- omega fatty acids
D- drink water
S- snack often (on healthy foods)
